Help Camera Failed

Hello, just recently received this message when trying to use the screen-side camera. Now, neither side works. I've removed my mSD card and re-inserted it, cleared the camera app cache, shut down and re-started the tablet, removed some free security software (based on a Google search), all to no avail. Any help would be appreciated. I have not tried a factory reset but will if there are no other options. Thanks,

Have you tried any other app that uses a camera? Do they work?
