Camera features (S3) vs. Note + Camera Zoom Fx

Hello, the S3 has more functions in the Camera than the Galaxy Note. For example, burst mode. I read that the Camera Zoom FX app offers features such as:

1. Fastest camera on Android - up to 10 shots per second + instant effects
2. Optical / digital zoom (up to 6x)

Are features 1 and 2 as good as (or even better than) the ones provided by the S3?

Is Note + Camera Zoom FX better than stock S3's photo/video taking capabilities?

While Camera Zoom FX offers those features, your phone's hardware needs to be able to support those features as well.
