Camera Flash Broken!?? Pictures cut off and/or just black

.... lol and now its taking perfect pictures... WTF!!!!!! didnt even restart or do anything out of the blue it decides it wants to take good pictures
 
It looks like it is trying to take a picture beyond the phones flash sync speed. Most DSLR cameras will have a flash sync speed of 250th of a second. If you try to exceed 250, it will turn out just like your picture. You'll probably only notice this in medium lighting when the camera can still use a fairly high shutter speed and want the flash on also. If you were to turn the flash off when you get a picture like this, I'll bet it goes away. This is just a guess of course, but now that you say it works fine, I'll also bet you are either using it in much darker or lighter conditions. Its going to be the medium lighting with flash that you might see it if this is in fact the problem.
 
It started happening again, it has to be a power issue because when the battery is low is when it happens, if I plug it in it'll stop and then if I unplug it it will start acting up again... can anyone else run their batter to like 10% and tell me if they have the same issues
 
I think i know the problem, I see you took a picture of a macbook. The droid does not like to play with apple products, its a robot not a semi-functional, giggling-brat-vanity
