Camera Flash doesn't work

Right before my year warranty was up I returned my phone for another one. When I got the newly refurbished phone I noticed somewhat after that the flash didn't work. And I never tried it before I rooted and modded it. I haven't tried going back to pure stock yet but I did take apart my brothers esteem and took the flash light part out and put it in mine. No luck.


Does anyone have an idea. Is this hardware or software issue. Do I have any recourse with metro warranty even though the original purchase date was a year ago this phone is only a little over a month.

I don't know what's causing your issue but I think that you're out of luck with the warranty, with a replacement it's the longer of 1 year from purchase or 30 days from the replacement.
