My camera flash seems to not work on the auto setting and even in bright lighting my pictures are dim. The only time it works is set to on I thought there was plastic film over flash so I tried removing it but just ended up putting a couple of scratches in my flash lens. Do you think my phone is defective? If so because of the scratches do you think At&t will still take it back? I tried to mess with settings and nothing seems right I am afraid they will try to tell me it is user error?
Update-went to At&t and someone I know was working and they swapped out the phone no questions asked.
