Camera Flash problem

ok another problem i have with this phone that i hope you guys can help me solve. when i take a picture with my flash on the flash fires too soon my pictures come out dark i see the flash go on and off then about 1.5 seconds later the camera takes the shot. anyway to adjust the timing on it.

You might want to play with the settings change the flash to off than on mabey download another camera app to see if that fixes it.
