Camera has zero shutter speed!

I personally am super excited about this camera, i have used my phone camera in the past but not as much as I would have liked due to issues focusing it and it functioning in low light. Granted I haven't read any specific reviews on the camera the zero shutter speed seems AWESOME and something that can really improve the overall experience of using the camera, also the image stabilization they mentioned was built in.....it seems like those things have been overlooked by many because its "only 5MP" I mean yea if i was making posters of my pictures regularly this could become an issue or i wanted to zoom in 50x on pictures i took regularly......anyone else excited to see how well the "zero shutter" speed works out?

this is nice and all what I want to be sure of that it is auto focus and not extended depth of field like the Bold Touch

only way to see how you like it is to wait til you get the device and power it on for the first time, you will then get the feeling of, omgroxor this is a beauty! wait there is a camera?

Do not misuse shutter speed and shutter lag. They are two extremely different things. Shutter Lag is zero means you push the button it takes the picture with no delay. Shutter speed is called exposure. This is the amount of time the shutter is open to all light to hit the sensor. A zero shutter speed means complete darkness or absolutely no light getting to the sensor.

Its not clear what options any of us will have with the camera as far as aperture, exposure, EV, white balance, ISO, etc. I think we will have minimal control.

I was thinking that too, but does it have a shutter at all?

i would guess it does, it has to preserve the lense to avoid light burn.. or am i thinking of something entirely different?
