Hello,
I have recently been having some isuses with my camera and I was hoping someone could shed some light on it.
I noticed the past few times--within the last two weeks-- I've tried to take pictures anywhere where there is a bright light included, "lines" seem to come off of the light and distort the picture. I especially noticed it tonight when trying to take a picture of a new candle I purchased..It seems to only be happening with my rear facing camera. I attached two pictures, one taken from each camera, to show the different. The one with the line that comes out of the flame is the rear facing, and the more normal looking one is from the front facing. Does anyone have any idea what might cause this, or how to fix it? My settings are all default, I have not installed any new photography apps around the time it started happening...in fact, the last time I installed ANY photography app was as soon as I got this camera about three months ago (which happens to be a replacement, because my last SG3 was having camera issues as well).
Any insight anyone can shed, or fixes you might know of, will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!!
