I have the htc evo 4g lte.. So far its a fine phone but recently (2 hours ago) I went to go on snapchat and it wasnt letting me use the frotn camera view. So I went to the actual camera app and every time I try and click the swap camera button It just exits out of the app. I have already cleared the data and caches, updated my phone, and (sadly) did a factory reset. NOTHING WORKED. Also my phone is not rooted. and I dont even know what that means so... Please if you would help me.
