Camera lock (by setting a password)

Hi everyone,

is there a possibility to lock the use of the camera by inserting a pin or password? I want to take my G1 to a place where cameras are not allowed and therefore the access to the camera has to be locked by a password. I searched all the security settings, but all i can set is the unlocking pattern of the display.
My phone is equipped with Android Firmware 1.1 Build.Number 123099. Is there such a feature on one of the later android versions? The apple iphone comes up with that feature, so I thought the G1 woul as well....

I'd be very thankful for any advice as this is very important to me.

Thank you very much in advance

m.

Have run versions 1.0, 1.1 & 1.5 never seen or heard of such a feature...

When I served on a Grand Jury ... just turned my phone phone in the first thing in the day and picked it up at the end of the day ...used my sim in a cheap non-camera phone ...
