Help Camera looking for SD card

When in camera camera mode the message "please insert an SD card before using the camera" or something to that effect, is displayed on over the image from the viewfinder. There is an SD card inserted and the phone knows it's there (ie it is listed as inserted in settings, and I can view pictures, listen to music, etc).

I have un-docked/re-docked/removed/inserted the card, and have rebooted the phone....all of those many times, in different sequences. As I type, I'm letting it all 'rest,' battery and card removed from my beloved.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for the help

Hi Laura ,

Sounds like your camera application may have corrupted somehow, I suggest a factory reset to see if that sorts it out
