Camera Manual Shooting?

I'm having trouble finding information about Manual Mode for the camera. Anyone have any links to solid intel on that? I've seen stuff about the regular camera and even selfie mode but no one has gone into all the settings and options and parameters of full Manual Mode.

How long can the shutter speed be set for? I've taken some rad night shots with my G4 setting it down to 30 seconds. I heard somewhere that the S7 can't have the shutter open for that long.
