Help Camera not working

I went to use my camera on my droid 2 global and it would not work. All I got was a black screen. I have deleted all apps that would use the camera, took the battery out, deleted all data, did a complete reset of the phone twice and still nothing. Anybody have any other suggestions?

I don’t know if your phone came with an SD card, but you must have one (with memory to spare) in order for cameta to work. If u have 1 then find out how big and u may want 2 invest in a larger 1.
