Camera not working

[Proscan Question]

Brand New Proscan PLT7044K-B, Android 4.1.1 just arrive via FEDEX.

Whenever I try to run the Camera, it says "Unfortunately the gallery has stopped" and I hit <ok> then back to biz.

Do I reset the device, or is it hardware and I need to return it?

If it were me, I would try a factory data reset first. But if that doesn't fix it right away and for good, I'd return it ASAP.

good luck

I did the reset, and it still says "unfortunately, gallery has stopped." So it's broke, then.
POS....

Yes, a few turds do pop out with each product line it seems. Sorry you got a hold of one. Wash your hands of it and get a new one.

And welcome to the site :hello: !
