Help Camera Pix Fuzzy

The camera on my phone is taking fuzzy pictures whether inside or outside, this is something new. It use to take great pictures. Any suggestions?

Physically clean the camera "hole" or check it for damage.

The lens is clean. It appears the camera is taking low resolution photos, I am trying to figure out how to increase the resolution. This is something that has happened in the last several weeks, I must have configured it that way by accident, and I am trying to get it back to the way it was. Suggestions?

I found the reset to default on the camera on the Droid. Select camera and while in view finder select focus menu on right of view finder. Scroll down to "Restore to defaults". This fixed the problem. I must have set it in a weird mode by accident.
