camera problems

Hello,

I am noticing that whenI try to take pictures, the camera shows some light shadows (on the middle of the screen) and/ or stripes on the screen, and these stripes are also shown after I take pictures.
I contacted Samsung, and they told me to do an update. I tried thru the phone and/or thru Kies, and no update available. THey also told me to perform a hard reset, and this should solve the problem. I save all my data and did this, but no change.
Does anyone knows what maybe happening??

I have a Samsung Galaxy SII GT-I9100 using Android 2.3.4

I am attaching a picture where you can notice (slightly) a reddish stain on the picture......

It might be worth trying Samsung apps, they might have a camera firmware update.

yeah, but does samsung apps updates hardware firmwares or it's only for applications?

The update Samsung apps has onlin is older than the one my phone has (as per the phone, when trying to install it)


I've been reading, and saw that I'm note the only one that had the same problem, I saw lot of postings about people having the same problem.....
