Camera Question

Is there anyway I can turn the screen controls off while taking a picture? I wanted to take underwater shots in a rockpool and after setting the camera up found myself doing finger gymnastics to set the shot up whilst trying not to touching the screen!

Hi,

Perhaps I am misunderstanding the problem, but how about using a selfie stick with a Bluetooth trigger. I don't actually own one myself, but it occurs to me that it may just work.

Try a different camera app. Camera Fv5 does have an option to keep focusing screen on.
Any app that emulates a DSLR camera should do that.
