Help Camera Sees No Storage

My Camera no longer works. Error message says:

Cannot capture a picture. Internal storage and SD card are not accessible.

Anyone have this problem? It worked well before ICS, and at first was find after ICS, until I shot some video, that is.

I was receiving this message as well. But what I have found is, the internal storage and extra storage is not accessible when the phone is connected to a computer via USB. It took a while to figure out, and I felt like an idiot when I realized it (after much frustration and language...lol). So, I hope this helps you out.
