Camera settings and mode options unavailable?!

[sakurachan]

Hi all, I just got a new s5 and having (attempted to) play around with the camera, I was not impressed.
I understand that there is a list of different modes in which to take photos. My camera screen has no settings option and also the only modes on offer are beauty, auto and panorama.

Help please!

Thank you =)
