A new update is currently rolling out to Exynos devices which apparently fixes the camera autofocus issues. I have yet to receive it myself (I live in the UK) but videos are starting to appear on YouTube.

It updates the camera to version 10.0.01.98

Received update for Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Global model SM-G988B Exynos in U.K. (BTU) on EE network

Yes, I received the update yesterday morning on SM-G988B Exynos in U.K. (BTU) on sky mobile network. I have also heard reports that the Snapdragon version of the update is starting to roll out on certain networks in the US.

A huge improvement.

I got the update but it doesn't seem like the camera is improved from my limited tests.

Yep... Looks like I got the version without the camera improvements as it's not listed in the notes. Only security patch.

I've got an unlocked 512GB model running on Verizon and my camera app is up to date with version ending on .98
