camera won't function properly

I can't seem to get the camera to work properly. It struggles to focus, if the stabilization key is on it literally just goes on and on ending with blurry pic, and it seems to pick up very little natural light. I was also wondering if there is a way to replace the default pic upload in at&t messages? Thank you!
