For some reason whenever I use the camera zoom app, it turns off the system sounds. The problem is, they don't always come back when I close the app. About half the time they don't. If you go to the volume area, you'll see the system sounds are muted. The biggest problem is that you can't unmute it. You can drag the volume up and down, but no matter what I do, it won't unmute. This generally requires that I restart the device, and upon restarting, the system sounds are unmuted, but the volume is set to zero.
I have a Galaxy S3, with the latest updates. Any idea what is going on here? Anyway I can fix this short of restarting every time it happens?
