Is there anyway to take a picture without tapping the button on the screen ?

ie. hitting the power button or volume control

My instinct had a separate button on the side to shoot the picture

Ih always wondered the same thing
You can download other camera apps, in some u can choose the button to take pictures.
But i hav never found one that is better than the original camera app
