i am sorry i am asking so many questions but i just want to know if i root my phone can i use my camera still. And whats the best rom to get??

go with Fresh 2.0d or the newest Damage Control ROM...
 
im using fresh 1.1 and gumbo kernel and my camera works perfectly fine and little better, so yeah your camera will still work after you root
