CamScanner: blurry images

I've been using CamScanner for a while, but since the last update (a couple months ago at least) I have a difficult time getting a clear image when taking a picture. Often, as the focus is adjusting, I can see the image become clear, then go out of focus before the picture is taken. I sometimes have to take a picture 10-15 times before getting a clear image. I contacted their support, but they are unable to reproduce the problem. I've had the same problem with the stock Froyo ROM on my Droid, as well as various version of the Ultimate Droid ROM.

Is anyone else having similar problems?
 
Droid 2 global also...just found out, in front of a client, that app is screwed since I updated the "free full Amazon.com" version. I was using the standard free version w/ no probs before.
 
Yes, me too. Worked fine until 2 weeks ago (end of May 2012 or so); now I can't get a good picture. iT seems like the focus is off, and to get the page on the screen before shooting, I have hold the camera about 2 feet away. Have tried tweaking the settings, but no joy. Droid 2 Global here.
