Can Android 2.3.2 be overrided with Android 2.3.3?

Not sure what you mean by "overrided", but if you are talking about upgrading, that completely depends on the maker (htc) and the carrier. If you are rooted, you can certainly find custom roms with 2.3.3 already in them.
