can anyone explain how i install this

i want to add music mod 1.6 to my phone, but I'm not sure how I do that, Does anyone know and could they explain it to me.

Hmm looking at it from the site:

Music Mod V1.6 MDPI + HDPI – Pirate Media – Android Application Development

Looks like its the standard APK file, just transfer to your SD card, and open. If it doesn't open, you probably have to allow non market apps.

Go to settings>Applications>Check off Unknown Sources.

Hope that helps. Maybe possibly needing to be rooted?

If that still don't work, just get a program like Astro File Manager and open it using that...

The file should be in your SD card/Download folder...

yeah none of that works, I've installed apps off my SD card before no problem, it's that the file is a .apk.zip so after extraction it's not something i know how to install.

Sounds like a bad file extension. Instead of upzipping, try just changing the file extension to .apk
