Can anyone identify this widget please?

Does anyone recognise what this app is? Seems to be a widget for gmail/calls/facebook notifications and 2 other things:

COULD be multiple apps, with a icon pack installed so they look different.

I have never seen it before.

I'm not positive, but it looks like it might be Unread Count. But it may be something similar...

Edit: It appears to be something else...it does look cool though.
