Apps Can anyone make a basic app for me (for money) or help me?

Hello,

I need a very basic app, but I have a very little budget, just a few bucks.
The idea is:
Every week people get a notification. When they open the app, it shows a new image (a quote). Every week a new image. There's just one button: 'Share' (with WhatsApp or email).

I will deliver the quotes.

I'm a big noob at this area, but can anyone help me? Does there maybe exist a script for a simple app like this?
