Root Can anyone PLEASE help me? Newbie here needs some serious help :(

Ok so basically i got an LG Esteem about a month ago and decided to root it yesterday. Everything went went smooth, working perfectly. Now the problem is i decided "ehh i wanna go back to the way it was" so like an IDIOT i erased my sd card and restored to factory settings. Now when i turn my phone on i am stuck in CLOCKWORKMOD RECOVERY v6.0.1.1.

I cant mount my SD card (i dont have an external one, only internal)
I cant mount USB storage this message comes up E: unable to write to ums lunfile (no such file or directory)
And eveythime to try to mount my sd card it says Error mounting /sdcard!

Ive read ways to do it online and believe me ive looked through everything :0

can someone please explain how to get out of this loop? Maybe i need to go get a sd card? idk but please help i cant afford to buy a new phone.

you need a extenal sd card put this into ur sdcard and flash

if your phone is in stuck in ClockworkMod V6.0.1.1 RECOVERY ... I think you need to put the sd card in another phone or an adapter to sdcard

Yeah its stuck in recovery, and my computer wont recognize the phone, so idk how to put the file into my phone when i cant even access the phone itself.

Believe the easiest way would be to get an sd card and a reader to hook to your computer if one isn't built in.. then download a Rom and flash it.. someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe you have to do this first then you can go back to stock the proper way (upgrade/down grade)
 
Get borrowed a phone with microsd and put your new microsd, connect it to your PC and copy the file, again put your sdcard in your esteem and flash

to connect to your PC, if you have the adapter slot.. or buy a usb adapter for microsd may 10dlls

Lol... I will take that into account.
just remember to have that file on your sdcard .. you can get headaches ... so do not stay stuck in clockwormod
