can anyone recomend music player app theyve used

I don't have any special preferences but the default player is okay for me. I hear PowerAmp is one of the best, but it's a paid app, I believe.

WinAmp & Doubletwist are suppose to be good ones.
 
I tried PowerAmp and Winamp, if you want crispy sounds or mostly one headphone then Winamp is good. PowerAmp is also good but powerful sound.

I hope this will help you to make better decision.
 
I like WinAmp because:
1) It's a good, intuitive music player app.
2) If you load their softwae on your PC, you can sync playlists via WiFi.
3) It has Shoutcast Internet Radio stations.

I like Google Play Music because:
1) It's a good, intuitive music player app.
2) If you load their software on your PC, you can upload your entire music collection to their cloud and make it available (either streaming or offline) on your phone. That's pretty killer.

Usuallly I use WinAmp, but I keep Google Play Music just in case I want to listen to something from my master music colllection of hundreds of CDs.
 
I use cubed (3). It has a really nice interface for touch screens, and the wall view is nice and sleek.
 
I use Power AMP as my main music player. It has a customizable interface. You can edit tags and place music where ever you want them. It can fetch album art. Sound is awesum with its preset or adjustable equalizer. It even has a lock screen widget, where you can control your music, without having to unlock your phone. You can create playlist and music starts off on the last song number and last song played in each genres, etc. I don't like using cloud storage, so prefer to have all my music on my phone. (That's why I have a 16GB SD card.) I like listening to my music no matter if I have a data signal or not and uninterrupted.

N7player - nice visually, found it bit of a pain to use
and a few others.
Poweramp is my favourite and I use that as the primary player but also use ProPlayer as it links with running app's such as endomondo.


Also app's that you let listen to a track and it works out artist/title/lyrics, I have installed :
Shazam
Musixmatch
Tunewikipro bought full version
Lyricwiki
Lyrics lite
and a few others.
I use Tunewikipro as primary app for this, it displays the lyrics in real time which is neat (I think sound horn does this as well). They all seem to obtain the data but most simply display lyrics rather than displaying lyrics in real time.

Radio, I have only installed one app:
Tune in radio pro - bought full version

I really am digging Clean Music Player (or something close to that). It is a *very* minimalistic application, and it has a 'weird' way of showing the files.

It does it like a file explorer, showing the folders. I like this because the application I use on my computer opens based on folders, so it fits my music library.

My brother who has unorganized music files, hated it. He uninstalled it immediately. I then proceeded to install it. ;)

CloudAround is like Google play music but it connects to your other cloud apps like Dropbox and streams your music so you don't have to upload your music again.
