Root Can anyone send me the stock statusbar icons?

All you have to do is pull SystemUI.apk from the system/apps folder and open it up with 7zip/WinRar, go to the res folder and drag the drawable-mdpi folder to your desktop, and send it to landon.haugh1@gmail.com. Thanks to whoever does this for me

download root explorer and use it to extract the apk contents directly to your sdcard. long press any apk and select extract all. if you still need them,mail them to you. figured this would be easier.


edit: sent res folder,check your email.

Yeah well.. guess what. Tried editing my framework-res.apk and bricked my phone. It's stuck at the LG logo and i dont have diag enabled. Do you know how I can return to stock firmware?

reinstall your original lg drivers for the elite so it will recognize the phone again,reboot pc,boot phone into recovery then plug into usb/pc,open lgpnst and reinstall the original jcase tot file. as for editing the framework-res and system ui. it works but 1 out of 5 times (guesstimate) it will result in boot loop after copying the framework-res over to system. i wouldnt advise themeing for the time being.
