Help Can anyone video MMS?

Has any one successfully sent/received video MMS messages on the VM network? I've been fighting VM for over a month now starting from when I discovered I couldn't send videos from my LG Rumor Touch. I made enough of a scene at the Executive Escalation Dept. that they tried to appease me with a free Optimus V (which I'm certainly not complaining about), but I still can't seem to send/receive videos at all. I get a blank message, the other guy gets an "attachment can't be displayed" error.

When I told the VM guy that I was upset that I wasn't getting what I paid for, he pulled the TOS card and said that "MMS messages weren't guaranteed to be delivered to the recipient" under the TOS. I told him that there's a difference between avoiding monetary damages resulting from failed receipt of really important pictures and videos that go through most of the time, and covering your a$$ when you advertise a feature that's disabled in the network that will NEVER work ALL of the time. Anyway, long story short, he says he's working with Sprint to see if video MMS is actually completely unavailable with their network configuration, or if it's just the infrastructure in my area. He's also crediting my account $80.

I encourage you all to try it out, and if it doesn't work, call the Executive Escalation Line and freak out, talking about how you don't feel you're getting what you paid for, and how important this service is for you. It got me $280, who knows what it might get you. Plus, it might pressure them into either being more clear with their advertising, or revamping their MMS infrastructure.

In order to MMS video, the video must be shot in MMS mode. And it will be a maximum of 30 seconds or so (depending on file size). I've MMS'ed several videos myself.

Hope nobody at VM sees this. :)

No, trust me I know how to send a video :) And it sends it ok, but the recipient can't receive it. Same with the messages others send to me. Both on my old Rumor Touch and my Optimus V.
