Can custom ROM be installed without PC....

i am using samsung galaxy 551. i rooted my device in phone without PC.Since my laptop is repaired,i am just searchng for option whether i can update my phone's custom ROM without PC. i tryng to install arkas1.6..


If anybody hav tried lik this.pls reply thanks:):):)
