Can get LTE working...

I just sold a working Spirit to a coworker, we activated it and now I cannot get 4g, only 1x. I rebooted, removed battery, updated prl but no dice. Everything works but LTE, I'm running the samurai ROM. Any ideas on getting this working? Thanks.

Call metro and make sure they activated the UICC (4G SIM)

This was a working phone before, 4g worked just fine, then it was deactivated for about a month. Wouldn't it still work?

But it's reactivated on a new account right? In the activation they may have only activated the CDMA but not the LTE card

I gotcha. She said her old phone was still receiving data. I'll wait and see what happens.

yes/ what he said is true. call metro. have the uicc number off the sim card ready (16 digits i believe) and theyll do it for you.
