can I access backup assistant without verizon service?

[Android Question]

most of my contacts are considered "backup assistance" contacts. Yet, I don't have verizon service (I use page plus).

1. Can I access my contacts online?

2. Is there a quick way to take all those "backup assistant" contacts and turn them into "google" contacts?

Export the contacts. Go to Google Contacts (on the web) and import the file you exported.
