Can I change the way I scroll threw my screens?

Is there an application I can download that can change the way I scroll threw my screens. Instead of just sliding side to side could I have my home screen be in the middle and have one screen above the home one below, one to each side?

I would prefer that.

dxtop

gotta let is settle in a bit. do a restart, maybe battery pull, get it all setup, tweak the settings (there is a setting to reduce lag)

pretty snappy for me now, im 3 days in....

Caddy, I think I remember reading in a thread somewhere that you've tried GDE too, have a preference at this point? I'm on my second day the GDE, it seems to be working OK.

i installed it and it was laggy, i dont think i really gave it a shot...i will now for a few days and see wassup

The only lag I see is when I first wake the phone. It takes it a couple of seconds to be willing to rotate (I'm using the cube style). Other than that I've not seen any slow downs.

I had some lag issues with GDE as well.

aHome and PandaHome seemed to be the best performing from my experience. I'd probably be using aHome now except that most widgets don't seem to work with it... on the Lite version that works on the Eris at least.

i dont see that GDE adds any functionality at all, all it does is give you fancy animations between swipes and takes away a lot of functions...

Yep, I agree. It's fun to look at, but doesn't actually DO anything.

Does DxTop add functions, or at least not loose any?

I just spent $2.99 on your recommendation. It'd better be good! :)

Edit: I've only been using dxTop for a few hours, but I like it! Good call Caddy.
