can i delete the apps that came when i rooted

i rooted my phone on here and got some apps(cwm,super user,etc.) i was just wondering which of the apps am i able to delete without anything going wrong.
im not stupid im not goinf to delete cwm or su its more about stweaks as its hard to understand i want to get setcpu or something more user friendly. so basically can i delete stweaks it is saved to my system apps if that helps

Do not delete SuperSU or CWM. STweaks can be removed in...

Settings > Aplication manager > All > STweaks

SetCPU will not work with Siyah v5 or v6 or Dorimanx I'm afraid. Jeboo and PhilZ kernels do not require Stweaks or SetCPU as they are not configurable.

That is a very individual question, what works for one might cause sleep of death for another, only you can say through trial and error for what is best combo! Only do one thing at a time when changing do you know wether it worked or not, if your not bothered too much on performance you could clock at 800mhz for a while, it'll save some juice!
