Help Can I disable checking for surrounding WiFi?

When WiFi is ON, the devices will automatically look for WiFi spots nearby , either WiFi with or without password.

In that case, We know that your location will be approximated by the nearby WiFi spots, if they are geo-tagged, and you do not have to connect to any one of those WiFi.

My question is
1. Can I disable the WiFi's search so that it will not look for surrounding WiFi spots, but only connected to my WiFi egg or router? However, my WiFi egg or router will "disappear" too, in that case, how can I connect to my WiFi egg

2. In that case can I avoid my location being approximated and collected by any apps I do not like.

1. Settings>Privacy and Safety>Location>Improve location>turn off wifi and Bluetooth scanning.

2. Settings>Applications>Application Settings>turn off location permission for apps you don't want to track you.

I have an S7E so exact settings may differ. But if you have 6.01, those settings are in there somewhere.
