alright i have an iphone 3g i use right now with no data plan. I am able to upgrade on the 9th. So my question is could i buy the htc inspire or something with a data plan off their website so it doesnt get opened. Then when i get it call at&t and say that i decided to stay with my old phone (makes up excuse) and want the data plan taken off. Then i have an unopened inspire to sell for 500 dollars with 400 dollar profit? ideas
