Can I get the regular Sprint voicemail app somehow?

I've already disabled google voice from my number because it is terrible. I know other sprint android phones come with a visual voicemail app, but the Nexus S does not because they want to force us into using google voice.

Is there a way I can get the standard sprint VM app?

When set up correctly I think Google Voice is great.

I answered my Cell with my office phone today... nice

You can get it but it won't provision.

I went to google.com/voice (from my computer) and disabled it on my number completely, i.e. I deleted my phone number entirely. Then on my phone, I updated my google voice app (I don't know if this part is required, it just had an update available). Then I ran the app on my phone and instead of "full integration" it worked only for voicemail and international calls.

This was about a month ago and I may be forgetting something important, so if this doesn't work for you let me know and I'll see if I can help you get it done.
