Can I get this on my standard S4?

I just purchased maybe 3 weeks ago my S4, will there be anyway to put the stock Android on my device through the Google Edition or would I have to buy the separate device (which I wouldn't)? If not, how can I put stock Android on my S4?

XDA developers has a large community on Roms and the like. The process is not for the faint of heart.

Probably we won't know until it gets released, also if it does end up being a custom ROM it will be very stable because it will be based off of the one released for the Google edition one.

Root and set yourself free:smokingsomb: , you can always flash a custom factory image of the stock ROM, and just go back and forth with different ROMS, that's what I do. When I am in the mood I run the Verizon stock ROM, at the moment I am humming along with CM 10.1 JB 4.2.2 and loving it, plus there are a plethora of different ROMS and Themes you can run when rooted.
