Help Can I go back to 2.x from 4?

I have an app I need to use but it doesnt work on Android 4.x. Can I remove 4.x and install 2.x on my Stellar??

No. This phone is not supposed to work on older Android base, its not possible to port a different ROM or experiment because it will damage the phone.
