Can I just program games on my computer and then transfer them by USB cord to my Ouya? My Ouya is not letting me. It seems like that should work. Just to test out my connection, I wanted to upload a simple game like "Hero's Adventure".
My Ouya is trying to get online but at some point it lost that ability. It's Okay, I'm fine with the USB connection to my laptop. It can't get online and m Ouya is throwing a hissy-fit. I can't do anything with my Ouya because of this. When I turn it on it first asks my language then immediately brings up a network connection window. I don't really I don't want to get online with my Ouya. I want to work on games on my laptop and then transfer them to my Ouya.
Can I do this and if I can, then how?
