Try hangouts app it would be located in the Google play store . all you need is a WiFi
thanks BRAINZ2013 . But, i want to know that, can i make phone call from sim also or we can call from sim like other anroid phone at this tablet?

O you didn't say that and far as I know dell venue 7or 8 Dont have working sims slots .
