Help Can I put audio CD's on the Vibrant?

Were going on a long trip to FL and I was wanting to get some books on tape to listen to on the drive there...is there a way to transfer the media from the CD to the phone, and how would I do this?
 
Rip the cd on a computer, plug the phone into the computer & transfer the music over to the phone. Just like you would with a flash drive.
