Can I rearrange photos in a folder using Quick Pic?

I swear I watched a video where a guy shows how to do it but now I can't find it. I think it was a simple long press and swipe but I am trying and can't do it. What I want is to change the order of how the photos are arranged inside a folder. I don't want to arrange by date or time. I want them arranged in another order that makes sense to me (so the photos will be arranged in "before and after" stages). Thanks.

Think I found it. Long press the pic you wana move until a big tick appears then hit the 3dot menu button at top right then "move to" then select where you want it moved. (just had a half drunk play with it so don't hold yer breath

It didn't work. It would let me move pics to another folder but I just want to rearrange within a folder. Thanks, though.
