Help can i remove or disable knox on my note 3

i had installed my knox from the play store and it is what disabled my usb debugging option so i uninstalled the app,problem solved though i still want to get rid of knox,it blows
 
I have never used Knox, but I'm a little confused by your post. You say you installed knox from the Play Store, then uninstalled it, and now you want to get rid of it? Do you see the contradiction?

If you have a user-installed app you cannot uninstall, the usual thing is to check it has not been set as a device administrator (look in the system Security settings).

If you mean the knox component that came installed with the device, you certainly can't do anything without root, and I don't believe you can even with (certainly the "e-fuse" counter you won't be able to touch).
 
Try using Package Disable Pro to disable,NOT UNINSTALL,Knox,or,any other bloatware that may be unwanted:

Again,use caution & do do delete anything that is a system app.
If you can uninstall on your own,that's OK,but,do not use this app to uninstall those apps that are permanent,merely disable,you'll accomplish the same desired result.
