Hy,

I just buy over internet samsung galaxy s9 (it is installed andriod version 10, and baseband version is: G960FXXSBETH2) and now when I want to start samsung helath helath I get message that unauthorized changes were made to your phone (0x040104040060b001e1a), so i see under warranty void is: 1 (0x0000).
Now I think that mobile was before rooted.
So I will be grateful if can someone tell me can i fix it and how can i do it?

thx..

what model is your s9? did you buy it used? or brand new? if it was rooted then knox would have been tripped. it should read something like (0x01) so it looks like your phone has not been tripped. do a factory reset.....or even better do a hard reset.

Does the phone otherwise run fine? It may be that even reflashing the firmware won't fix the warning, but that's all it is -- a warning. It doesn't mean the phone is broken, just that the original OS does not match.

Phone work very fine, and everything is excellent..

So I find out that phone was before rooted...
I am interested can I root him again?

thx..
