Like the title says... I recently installed bobz cm10 and forgot to restore some data on a few apps on my stock rom with titanium backup but I did make a nandroid backup with the 2nd init recovery... Is there any way I can restore the data to my current ROM or will I have to reflash my stock ROM, make the backup, reflash cm10, and restore with titanium backup? Thanks in advance and thanks Bob I love cm10!

2nd Init Recovery > Backups and Restore > Advance Restore > "Choose Backup> Restore Data

That's how you would restore all app data stored on your nandroid.
If you wanted specific app data then use My Backup Root which can be found in the Play Store :)

So i tried the advance restore in exact order...and well i ended up going in a boot loop. So I went back into recovery (pulled battery, put back in, hold power button and volume down button, then volume buttons to refresh screen.) Tried wiping dalvik and cache (rebooted and still bootlooped.) Then I was like "UGH!" So I just went and wiped everything....restored my nandroid...went into TB and backed up what i needed...and went through the whole process of putting cm10 on my phone again..looked into my back ups on TB (my back up was there) so i just restored it and ta da....bit long and annoying but it worked.
